No Refund Policy for Aptitude Test Registration

  1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

    • All registration fees for the UN Scholar Aptitude Test are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited towards other services.
  2. Rescheduling and Reappearance:

    • Candidates who are unable to attend the test on the scheduled date are eligible to appear for the next available test without any additional charges. This offer is valid for one test cycle following the original test date.
    • If a candidate wishes to change their exam date after registration, an administrative charge of $25 will be applied for processing the rescheduling request.
    • To avail of this option, candidates must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled test date. Please contact our support team at support@unusa.uno to arrange your rescheduling.
  3. No-Show Policy:

    • Candidates who fail to appear for the test on the scheduled date without prior notification as outlined above will forfeit their registration fee and will need to register again for future test dates.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies, candidates may be allowed to reschedule. Documentation may be required to support such claims, and approval is at the discretion of the test administration team.
  5. Test Cancellation:

    • In the unlikely event that the test is canceled by the administration, all registered candidates will be notified promptly, and an alternative test date will be provided without any additional charge.
  6. Modification of Policy:

    • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email to registered candidates and updated on our website.
No Refund Policy for Events

Notice of cancellation (e.g. in case of sickness, lack of funding or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by email to the respective conference secretary. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (incl. IBAN and BIC). The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the respective conference secretary is received.

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads we have to keep refund.

Written Cancellation Received:

  • Before 60 days of conference: 75% refund
  • Between 60 to 30 days prior conference: 25% refund
  • Within 30 days of conference: No refund of both registration & accommodation fee
  • E-Poster & Video Presentations: Non-refundable
  • A standard administrative fee of US$100 will be charged for all refunds
  • Venue and Location of the Events may change in the event of an Exigency 
  • In the case of International Refunds, the Registrant is responsible for the Standard Currency Conversion Rate and any applicable Bank Charges.

The date of the email receipt date will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made after the conference/summit. In the case of excess-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretary.

No refunds will be granted for unattended summits, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference/summit room or any other incidents during the conference/summit which are beyond the control of the conference/summit organizers. By registering to the conference/summit participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the conference/summit assume any liability whatsoever.

Refunds will be made in the following ways

  • For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
  • For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account and all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

Note: In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference as per your choice. Participants who availed discounts on registration fee are not eligible for refunds. Except, if the event is cancelled. Cancellation/Postpone of Conference/Summit.

In the event that the congress cannot be held or is postponed due to situation(s) beyond the control of the Conference/Summit organizers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the congress organizers, the congress organizers will refund 100% of registration fee but cannot be held liable by participants for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, flight booking cancellation charges, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
